• Ability to head a team of 3-5 people.
• Have a creative bend of mind for new things.
• Strong understanding of Internet and Web technologies and web-based programming languages.
• Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent internet surfing knowledge

Job Description –

• Set up new Natural Search Optimization campaigns.
• Development, design, and implementation of multiple Interactive marketing plans and strategies.
• Content development and optimization.
• Research & develop keywords and recommend a copy for optimizing organic search campaigns on the major search engines.
• Oversee SEO program implementation from pre-launch deliverables through performance reporting.
• Manage paid search campaigns across multiple engines and multiple geographies to ensure the campaign s specific goals are met.
• Analyze and review client website traffic metrics, ROI, and PPC campaign performance.
• Research and recommend new SEO/ SEM strategies, Internet marketing and advertising technologies, and current Internet trends (Web 2.0).
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links.
• Quality check and proofreading
• Client interaction and reporting
